  3. 3Add your tax details (they depend on your country) and bank details for invoices.

Add products

  1. 1Go to Products and click “Add product”, or import an Excel/CSV file.
  2. 2Enter name, SKU, price and stock; add an image and description if you like.

Invite buyers

  1. 1Open Buyers or Invitations and share your invite code or send an email invite.
  2. 2The buyer registers and requests access to your company.
  3. 3Approve the request — only approved buyers can see your catalog and order.

Manage orders

  1. 1Incoming orders appear under Orders with a status (new, confirmed, shipped).
  2. 2Open an order to see items, quantities and the buyer.
  3. 3Update the status as you process it — your buyer always sees the current state.

Bank details

  1. 1Open Settings and enter your account holder, IBAN and bank name.
  2. 2These appear on the PDF invoices your buyers receive.
  3. 3Bank and tax data are sensitive — only owners/admins can see or change them.

Frequently asked questions

What is Orunto?

A B2B ordering platform: manufacturers manage products and live stock, approve buyers, and receive orders — all in one place. Orunto does not handle payments; invoices are issued as PDFs and paid by bank transfer.

Does it cost my buyers anything?

No. Only manufacturers pay a plan. Your buyers always use Orunto for free.

How do buyers join?

You share your invite code or send an email invitation. Buyers register, request access, and you approve them — only then can they see your catalog and order.

Can I be a manufacturer and a buyer at the same time?

Yes. One login can run your own company and buy from others. Use the left rail to switch between connections.

How are payments handled?

Orunto never processes money. Orders create an invoice (PDF) with a payment status; your buyers pay you by bank transfer.

Is my data separated from other companies?

Yes. Every manufacturer only ever sees its own data — isolation is enforced at the database level (row-level security).
